Can noodles be given to my one year old?

Every child's food acceptance and taste buds are different. Kids love to experiment with different textures and flavours. If your child can chew well and can eat a roti - you can certainly give noodles. Make sure to cook the noodles well, start with a smaller portion for your child to adapt and throw in finely chopped and cooked veggies for added nutrition and an exciting meal!

Is noodles healthy for my toddler?

Yes! Our noodles are made with the goodness of millets. It has no maida, refined sugar and palm oil, is not fried and is 100% Vegetarian. We add no preservatives, enhancers, artificial flavours, colours, trans fat, saturated fat and cholesterol. That is why our millet-based noodles are delicious, wholesome and can be relished by everyone in the family.

What are the benefits of Foxtail Millet Noodles?

Foxtail millets are gluten-free grains rich in proteins, low in fat with good amount of fiber content, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, and carbohydrates.
