Welcome To The Slurrp It Up Family!

These tips or guidelines are in place to ensure that all group discussions focus purely on the weaning and solid food experiences of parents and babies and, most importantly, that everyone is treated with respect. We request that you go through them when you have a moment.

Remember The Purpose

Our aim is to create a supportive space where parents can come together to share, learn, and connect on the wonderful journey of solids and baby nutrition. We sincerely request you to stick to these conversations and avoid other topics that might be distracting from this purpose.

Empathy Goes A Long Way

Every parenthood journey is unique, just like every baby is different! You’re encouraged to offer and seek help, but please refrain from using offensive, derogatory language or comments towards other participants. Think before you type or respond. Personal attacks, harassment, defamation, impersonation, bullying, trolling, and abuse are not acceptable in our Community. They can be hurtful and disrespectful; any parent whose words or actions fall in any of these categories will be instantly removed from the group. This is to ensure the safety and privacy of all members.

Advise, Don’t Prescribe

We truly appreciate your willingness and openness to share what has helped you and your baby; it comes from a place of concern. But remember that each child is unique, and their health needs can vary. While we encourage you to share your own experiences, we request that you refrain from suggesting or talking about medications with fellow parents. It’s always best to consult with doctors and experts for any medical advice. Your understanding and support mean a lot to us and the Community.

No Promotions

Please use this Community and chat to only discuss nutrition and feeding. Please do not indulge in spam, forwards, or promotions of pages, people, and accounts. Such messages also lead to relevant messages or questions getting lost in the chat thread. Posts and comments of this nature will be removed immediately by the admins to ensure that the Community stays on track with the larger purpose.
