Instructions

  • Step 1 :

    Cook Noodles: In a pot of boiling water, add the Slurrp Farm Millet Noodles and cook until 80% done. Drain and set aside.

  • Step 2 :

    Sauté Garlic: In a wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Step 3 :

    Add Vegetables: Add the bell peppers, cabbage, and carrots to the wok. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

  • Step 4 :

    Combine Noodles: Add the noodle masala provided in the packet to the wok. Stir and mix well with the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    Serve. Your Millet Noodles Chowmein are ready!
