    Can pancake be given as a finger food?

    Absolutely! We suggest that once your child can eat a roti, it is the perfect time to introduce our pancakes. These are soft, easy to chew, yummy and made from healthy and wholesome ingredients.

    Why aren't my pancakes fluffy?

    Mixing the pancake batter for a long time creates the gluten that makes the pancakes rubbery and tough. For fluffy pancakes, mix the ingredients gently until the batter comes together and there are no lumps.

    What equipment should I use to cook pancakes?

    A non-stick pan or griddle is the best tool for cooking pancakes. Always pre-heat it and cook the pancakes on medium to low flame for a nice golden hued pancake.

    How do you know when pancakes are done?

    On a pre-heated griddle, pour about a ladle of batter, allow it to spread naturally. Cook it on a medium flame. In about 2 minutes, your pancakes are ready to flip when edges form, and you begin to see air bubbles on the top of your pancakes.

    How do you cook pancakes properly?

    Brush a large non-stick skillet or griddle with butter and heat over medium-low heat. Pour a ladle of batter and cook till you see bubbles on top and golden on the bottom for 2 minutes. Flip gently and cook until golden on the bottom.

    Is baking powder in pancakes safe for kids?

    Baking Powder is a common ingredient used for years in baking. However, if we were to make a Pancake or bake any items at home - we would use this in minimal amounts. Our Millet Pancakes are filled with the goodness of Ragi and Oats and contain a tiny amount of baking powder.

    I am vegan. How can I cook the pancakes?

    You can choose any plant-based milk like Soya milk, Almond milk, Cashew Milk, Coconut milk, Oat milk or even Plain Water. And use olive oil or any vegetable oil as a medium to cook.

    Why does my pancake have dry texture?

    Pancakes turn dry when cooked because of the below factors: 1) Overmixing the batter 2) Not resting the batter 3) Pouring on an unheated pan 4) Pouring on an over-heated pan 5) Flipping your pancakes too soon and too often
