Chia seeds are among the healthiest superfoods on the planet. Chia seeds are tiny black seeds from the plant Salvia hispanica. Dry chia seeds can be crushed into flours, smoothies, or oatmeals. They can also be soaked for 10 mins and make a yummy chia pudding bowl for our little ones.
