      Order delayed.. pathetic delivery service

      I ordered on 14th Dec and have still not received my order, Have filled several complaints with delivery agent Delhivery and it seems they pay no heed.I am not ordering Slurpp from now on only because of the pathetic delivery agent . It’s been almost a month now that I haven’t received my order nor they are entertaining refunds.I made a pre payment and want my order ASAP. What do I do now?I recommend not to make online payment and better place your orders on cash on delivery as Slurpp don’t have proper grievance handling system.
