Ramen Noodles

Slurrp Farm's Millet Noodles1 pack

Baby Corn1/2 cup

Broccoli1/3 cup

Medium Carrot1

Garlic Cloves2-3

Ginger1/2 inch

Spring Onion1/4 cup

Green Chillies2 (optional)

Water1/2 litre

Oil1 tbsp

Chopped Coriander1 tbsp

Soy Sauce1 tbsp

Jaggery1 tbsp

Vinegar2 tbsps

Soft Boiled Egg1


Step 1

Boil the noodles in hot water till they cool. Wash with cold water and set aside. Reserve the hot noodle cooking water.

Step 2

In a pan, heat oil and add ginger, garlic, chopped vegetables and stir fry. Add the noodle water and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Add soy sauce, jaggery, vinegar and let it cook for another minute. Add salt to taste.

Step 4

Soft boil a egg and keep aside(optional).

Step 5

In a bowl assemble your elements- add noodles, pour some broth on top, garnish with vegetables and a soft boiled egg!
