Ragi Cutlets

Serves 4

Millet cutlets made with the goodness of sprouted ragi and sweet potato, with ZERO maida! So you dont have to worry about any tummy aches ever!!


Sweet potato,cooked3 cups

Slurrp Farm Sprouted Ragi Powder1 1/4 cup

Cashew nuts, finely chopped1-2

Green chillies, finely chopped1/4 cup

Big handful of chopped cilantro/ coriander

Garam masala1 tsp

Coriander powder/ dhania powder1 tsp

Roasted cumin powder/ bhuna jeera1 tsp

Chaat masala1 tsp

salt3/4-1 tsp

Peanut oil for pan-frying
(You can use any oil of your choice)3-4 tbsp

Cashew halves for topping (Optional)


Step 1

Boil sweet potatoes and chop them into smaller pieces once cooled.

Step 2

In a bowl, add the sweet potatoes, Slurrp Farm Sprouted Ragi Powder, coriander, chopped cashews, spices and salt.

Step 3

Add water and form a dough.

Step 4

Shape the dough into cutlets.

Step 5

Cook cutlets on a lightly greased pan.

Step 6

Be sure to cook them well and brown them on both sides. using a cookie cutter.

Step 7

Serve with chutney and enjoy!
