These yummy almond flour buttermilk pancakes are great for a wholesome Sunday breakfast. Made with nutritious ingredients such as almond flour, buttermilk, berries and yoghurt and Slurrp Farm's Classic Millet Pancake Mix, these fluffy pancakes are quick and easy to make!

In a bowl, combine the pancake batter, almond flour, cinnamon powder, buttermilk and whisk them together till it is lump-free.
Heat a pan, grease with oil and pour 1 ladle of the batter.
Once it starts to bubble, flip it and cook the other side.
Take out on a plate.
Stack the pancakes and top with yoghurt, berries, chia seeds and mint leaves. Lastly, drizzle with honey and serve!
