These Broccoli Ragi Cutlets are made using sprouted ragi powder, broccoli, and oats, giving your child the goodness of iron, calcium, and fibre in every bite. They are nutritious, easy to make and taste delicious. Pack them in your little one’s lunchbox or serve as a nourishing snack.

Grind the broccoli in a mixie. Take it out in a bowl and mix with mashed sweet potato.
Grind Slurrp Farm Rolled Oats in a mixie. Then add this oats flour and Slurrp Farm Sprouted Ragi flour to the broccoli-sweet potato mixture.
Add onion, coriander and mint leaves to the mixture.
Add chilli, turmeric, amchur, salt and ginger. Mix everything together and make cutlets.
Heat pan and roast the cutlets from both sides.
Serve with hung curd dip.
