Slurrp Farm Nut Powder

½ cup

Slurrp Farm Jaggery Powder

1 cup

Gond

1 cup

Cardamom powder

1 tsp

Makhana

1 cup

Desiccated coconut

1 cup

Ghee

as needed

Let's get cooking

Instructions

  • Step 1 :

    Heat the ghee in a pan.

  • Step 2 :

    Add gond and let it cook.

  • Step 3 :

    Roast makhana in the same pan.

  • Step 4 :

    Cook Slurrp Farm Sprouted Ragi Powder in ghee.

  • Step 5:

    Grind makhana into a fine powder.

  • Step 6 :

    Crush the gond.

  • Step 7 :

    Add the ground makhana, Slurrp Farm Nut Powder and Slurrp Farm Jaggery Powder to a bowl.

  • Step 8 :

    Add the cooked ragi powder, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and crushed gond.

  • Step 9 :

    Mix all the ingredients.

  • Step 10 :

    Bind the laddoos and serve.
