A warm bowl of this Immunity-Boosting Ragi Soup is just what growing kids need on chilly evenings at home. Add ragi flour and water. Mix well.
Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, ginger and grounded pepper.
Add carrot and cabbage, bell pepper, tomatos and corn. Let it cook al dente and add water as desired.
Add spring onion and salt. Mix well. Add some more water and let it cook.
Add the ragi mixture and water and mix well to avoid lumps.
Add soy sauce and let it cook for 7-10 minutes. Stir continuously.
Serve warm.
