Surprise your child with yummy and healthy Millet Noodles in their school tiffin! These noodles are not fried and have no maida or palm oil. This quick and easy recipe is also a great way to make your child eat veggies! Plus, they taste so good that they'll make your child Dig, Twist, Slurrp!

Carrots

Capsicum

In a deep pan, add water and salt. Once it comes to a boil, add noodles and let it cook for 5-6 mins.
In a pan, add oil, garlic and onions. Sauté for a minute then add carrots and capsicum. Cook for another minute.
Now add masala and then soya sauce. Add the noodles and then garnish with spring onions.
Serve and dig, twist, slurrp!
