However, with great access comes the challenge of maintaining a balanced approach to screen time management and preventing screen addiction, especially in young children like a 3 year old.

Instead of saying, "You can't use your phone for more than an hour," try,
"Let's work together to find a reasonable screen time limit that ensures a balance with other activities."
