Nutritionists

Zainab Ginwala

A registered dietitian, a mom of 2, and a wife.

As an Indian mom, she knows that Indian parents get very little guidance on how to help their children develop a good relationship with food. Zainab has worked with hundreds of Indian families in their journey of starting solids and solving for picky eating. But, more importantly, she has lived this experience. As a first-time mom, she felt lost with all the contrasting advice she received at home and online. While what she teaches parents is rooted in science and research, it’s built on what works in real homes.
