    It's good I am only worried about onions it's it ok to keep onions? I hear they become poisonous or bad if kept for long but if ur dehydrating means it can be used I guess I don't know what process ur using to keep onions ?

    Apt for children

    The ghee masala upma was flavourful, and didn't get any artificial flavours, but it was less spice, could have added some more. Thus it's apt for kids. Tomato masala upma was bit tangy and less spicy. Overall healthy instant food in the market.
