Ragi Ambil

Ingredients:
    • 6 tbsp ragi almond banana mix
    • 400 ml water
    • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
    • 1/2 tbsp green chilies (optional) , chopped
    • 2 tbsp hung curd
Method

  • Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a saucepan, combine 6 tbsp of ragi almond banana mix with 400 ml of
      water.
    • Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.
  • Cook the Mixture:
    • Place the saucepan over low heat.
    • Cook the mixture, stirring continuously, for 3-4 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  • Add Seasonings:
    • Add 2 tbsp of chopped coriander, 1/2 tbsp of chopped green chilies (optional)
    • Stir well and continue cooking until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
  • Serve:
    • Transfer the cooked ragi ambil to a bowl.Garnish with a scoop of hung curd on top.
    • Serve warm.
