- 6 tbsp ragi almond banana mix
- 400 ml water
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp green chilies (optional) , chopped
- 2 tbsp hung curd

In a saucepan, combine 6 tbsp of ragi almond banana mix with 400 ml of
water. - Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.
- Place the saucepan over low heat.
- Cook the mixture, stirring continuously, for 3-4 minutes until it starts to thicken.
- Add 2 tbsp of chopped coriander, 1/2 tbsp of chopped green chilies (optional)
- Stir well and continue cooking until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
- Transfer the cooked ragi ambil to a bowl.Garnish with a scoop of hung curd on top.
- Serve warm.
