Slurrp Farm's Ragi, Almond & Banana Porridge Mix3 tbsp

Water100 ml

Chopped Coriander2 tbsp

Chopped Green Chilli1/2 tbsp

Hung Curd2 tbsp

Plain Curd2 tbsp

Salt(to taste)


Step 1

In a saucepan, mix the ragi, almond, and banana powder with water (use a fork to remove all lumps).

Step 2

Cook this mix on a low flame for 3-4 mins.

Step 3

To this add coriander, chillies, and a pinch of salt.

Step 4

Cook for another minute till it thickens.

Step 5

Remove in a bowl and top it with a scoop of hung curd.

Step 6

Ambil can also be made in a drink from - all you need to do is after step 4, add plain whisked curd and some water.
