Water1/2 cup

Cumin Powder1/4 tbsp

Spinach Leaves5-6


Step 1

In a saucepan, add water and spinach leaves. Cook for 3-4 mins. Set aside.

Step 2

In a saucepan, add ½ cup water.

Step 3

To this add 3 tbsp moong dal khichdi mix (use a fork to mix and remove all lumps).

Step 4

Add cumin powder and cooked spinach leaves. Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins stirring continuously.
