Paneer Cabbage Parantha with Slurrp Farm's Ragi, Almond and Banana Mix

Ingredients

Ragi, Almond & Banana Porridge Mix1 packet

Whole Weat Flour1/2 cup

Salt(to taste)

Oil1 tbsp


Stuffing

Grated Paneer1 cup

Chopped Green Chillies2

Grated Cabbage1/2 cup

Chopped Onion1/4 cup

Chopped Coriander leaves1/4 cup

Cumin Powder1 tbsp

Salt(to taste)

Method

Making the dough

Step 1

Mix the ragi, almond, and banana cereal, whole wheat flour, and salt.

Step 2

Using water and oul, knead this into a dough

Step 3

Divide the dough into smaller balls to make paranthas. Cover and set aside

Making the stuffing

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the paneer, chillies, cabbage, onion, coriander, cumin, and salt.

Step 2

Combine to make the stuffing.

Making the parantha

Step 1

Dust a small dough ball with ragi flour and mould it into a flat roti in your hands.

Step 2

Take a small portion of the filling and place it in the centre of the flat dough. Gather the sides of the dough, bring them together and cover the stuffing with the dough.

Step 3

Roll this into a flat paratha using minimum pressure

Step 4

Heat a flat pan, add some ghee, and toss the paratha (cook on a low flame on on both sides till they turn brown and crispy)
