Ragi Cutlets

Slurrp Farm's Sprouted Ragi Powder1 1/4 cup

Cooked Sweet Potato3 cups

Finely Chopped Cashew Nuts1/4 cup

Finely Chopped Green Chillies1-2

Chopped Cilantro/CorianderBig Handful

Garam Masala1 tbsp

Coriander Powder/Dhania Powder1 tbsp

Roasted Cumin Powder/Bhuna Jeera1 tbsp

Chaat Masala1 tbsp

Salt1 tbsp

Oil3-4 tbsp

Chashewhalves (optional)


Step 1

Boil sweet potatoes and chop them into smaller pieces once cooled.

Step 2

In a bowl, add the sweet potatoes, Slurrp Farm Sprouted Ragi Powder, coriander, chopped cashews, spices and salt.

Step 3

Add water and form a dough.

Step 4

Shape the dough into cutlets.

Step 5

Cook cutlets on a lightly greased pan.

Step 6

Be sure to cook them well and brown them on both sides.

Step 7

Serve with chutney and enjoy!
