Fusilli in Red Sauce

Slurrp Farm's Multigrain Fusilli Pasta1 packet

Oil1 tbsp

Butter1 tbsp

Chopped Garlic2 cloves

Chopped Onions½ cup

Tomato Pureed2 pcs

Saltto taste

Peppera pinch

Chopped Capsicum2 tbsp

Corn2 tbsp

Chopped Olives1 tbsp

Basil2 leaves


Step 1

In a pan, add water and salt and bring to a boil. Once it boils, add Slurrp Farm’s Multigrain Fusilli. Cook it until al dente (just cooked).

Step 2

In a pan, add oil and butter. Then add garlic and onions. Let it sizzle and become translucent.

Step 3

Add the tomato puree in the pan and then season it with salt and pepper.

Step 4

In another pan, add oil, garlic, capsicum and olives. Add the prepared red sauce.

Step 5

Lastly, add the boiled pasta and mix it well.

Step 6

Serve it warm with a sprinkle of basil.
