For the KhowSuey paste, you need:

Oil2 tbsp

Ginger1 inch

Garlic Cloves5-6

Chillis5-6 pcs

Lemon Grass1 stem

Corriander2 tbsp

Salt(to taste)

For the KhowSuey noodles, you need:

Khowsuey pasta1 tbsp

Oil1 tbsp

Coconut Milk150ml

Slurrp Farm's Millet Noodles1 pack

Broccoli1/2 cup

Zucchini1/2 cup

To Garnish:

Crushed Peanuts2 tbsp

Lemon1 pc

Fried Onions2 tbsp

Fried Garlic2 tbsp

Mint1 tbsp

Coriander1 tbsp


How to make KhowSuey paste

In a pan, add oil and all the paste ingrediens. Cook for 10min, sauteering continously. Then add it all to a blender to make a paste. KhowSuey paste is ready.

How to make the KhowSuey noodles

Step 1

In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of the Khowsuey paste and mix it well. Cook for 2-3mins.

Step 2

Pour coconut milk, add veggies and cook them for about 4-5mins..

Step 3

In another pan, add water in a saucepan. Let it come till boil and then add noodles. Cook until the just cooked.

Step 4

In a serving bowl, add noodles, top it with curry.

Step 5

Garnish with crushed peanuts, fried onion and garlic, coriander and a squeeze of lime!
