Sathu Maavu Dosa

Slurrp Farm Sathu Maavu Porridge Mix1/2 cup

Rice Flour1 tbsp

Curd1 tbsp

Water3/4 cup

Salt1 pinch

For tempering:

Oil1 tbsp

Mustard Seeds1/2 tbsp

Chopped Ginger1/2 inch

Urad Dal1 tbsp


Curry Leaves3-4


Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the batter ingredients well (use a fork to remove any lumps).

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add all the tempering ingredients and cook them till the onion turns translucent.

Step 3

Add the cooked tempering to the batter and mix well.

Step 4

Heat a dosa pan. Grease, pour the better, and make dosas (you can make mini bite sized dosas if your little one can grab and eat, or normal size ones for older children).

Step 5

Your healthy sathu maavu dosas are ready!
