Thai Curry Noodles

Slurrp Farm's Millet Noodles1 packet

Water(as required)

Oil2 tbsp

Chopped Garlic2 tbsp

Chopped Garlic1 tbsp

Yellow Bell Pepper2 tbsp

Red Bell Pepper2 tbsp

Babycorn2 tbsp

Broccoli2 tbsp

Paneer Cubes2 tbsp

Salte(to taste)

Green Thai Curry Paste1 1/2 tbsp

Coconut Milk1 1/2 cups



Step 1

Add water as required.

Step 2

Add Slurrp Farm Millet Noodles and salt.

Step 3

Let it boil.

Step 4

Strain and keep aside.

Step 5

In a wok, add oil, chopped garlic, yellow bell peppers, red bell peppers, babycorn, broccoli and paneer cubes.

Step 6

Sauté and cook well.

Step 7

Add green Thai curry paste and sauté.

Step 8

Add coconut milk and let it cook

To assemble

Step 1

In a bowl, add boiled noodles

Step 2

Pour Prepared Thai Curry on top

Step 3

Garnish with coriander

Step 4

Serve immediately!
