Gur Makhana

Slurrp Farm's Jaggery Powder1/2 cup

Water1/4 cup

Makhana/Foxnuts2 cups

Sesame Seeds1 tbsp

Salt(to taste)


Step 1

In a pan, heat 2tbsp of ghee.

Step 2

Add 2 cups of foxnuts/makhana and roast until slightly brown.

Step 3

Use a nonstick pan and mix ½ cup of jaggery powder with ¼ cup of water. Add a pinch of salt to taste.

Step 4

Mix properly until properly combined. Drop a little liquid in a bowl of water to test consistency.

Step 5

Add roasted makhana and mix till nicely coated. Add toasted sesame seeds, let it cool and serve!
