Savoury Swirly Sticks

Slurrp Farm's Ragi, Almond & Banana Porridge Mix1 cup

Whole Wheat Flour1.5 cups

Chopped Coriander Leaves¼ cup

Curd2 tbsp

Oil2 tbsp

Ginger Garlic Pasta1.5 tbsp

Brown Sugar½ tbsp

Turmeric Powder¼ Turmeric Powder

Salt(to taste)


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180℃.

Step 2

In a bowl mix ragi, almond, and banana mix, whole wheat flour, coriander, curd, ginger-garlic paste, sugar, salt, turmeric and oil.

Step 3

Add water, one spoon at a time, and knead the mix to make a soft dough.

Step 4

Roll the dough into a flat roti. Cut vertical strips (½ inch thick) and twist the strips to make swirlies.

Step 5

Lay the swirlies down on a baking tray and bake for 20 mins till they become crisp and brown.
