Ingredients:
- 150 gm pasta
- 1/2 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- Few chopped basil leaves
- 1 tsp oregano
Method:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the pack. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- Sauté the chopped onions and garlic until they become translucent.
- Add the chopped basil leaves and oregano. Mix well to combine the flavours.
- Add Tomatoes:
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan.
- Mix well. Cook until the tomatoes soften and blend into the sauce.
- Incorporate Beans:
- Add a splash of water to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes to create a slightly saucy consistency.
- Add the boiled rajma (kidney beans) and mix well.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce:
- Add the boiled pasta to the pan and stir everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with additional basil leaves and oregano
- Serve warm and enjoy your curried bean pasta!
