Ingredients: 150 gm pasta 1/2 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans) 1/2 cup onions, chopped 2 tsp chopped garlic 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes Few chopped basil leaves 1 tsp oregano Method: Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the pack. Drain and set aside. Prepare the Sauce: Sauté the chopped onions and garlic until they become translucent. Add the chopped basil leaves and oregano. Mix well to combine the flavours. Add Tomatoes: Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan. Mix well. Cook until the tomatoes soften and blend into the sauce. Incorporate Beans: Add a splash of water to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes to create a slightly saucy consistency. Add the boiled rajma (kidney beans) and mix well. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the boiled pasta to the pan and stir everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with additional basil leaves and oregano Serve warm and enjoy your curried bean pasta!
