Paneer Oats Tikki

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats 3 tbsp finely chopped onion 3/4 cup grated paneer
  • 3 tbsp grated beetroot
  • 1 tsp masala mix

Method

  • Grind oats to powdered form and keep aside.
  • In a pan, add 3 tbsp onion. Cook until translucent.
  • Add grated paneer and give a good mix.
  • Add grated beetroot, 4 tbsp prepared oats powder and masala mix.
  • Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.
  • Once cooled, roll into small tikki and cover in oats powder.
  • Cook on a tava until golden from both the sides and serve.
