Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats 3 tbsp finely chopped onion 3/4 cup grated paneer
- 3 tbsp grated beetroot
- 1 tsp masala mix
Method
- Grind oats to powdered form and keep aside.
- In a pan, add 3 tbsp onion. Cook until translucent.
- Add grated paneer and give a good mix.
- Add grated beetroot, 4 tbsp prepared oats powder and masala mix.
- Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.
- Once cooled, roll into small tikki and cover in oats powder.
- Cook on a tava until golden from both the sides and serve.
