Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 3 tbsp finely chopped onion 3/4 cup grated paneer 3 tbsp grated beetroot 1 tsp masala mix Method Grind oats to powdered form and keep aside. In a pan, add 3 tbsp onion. Cook until translucent. Add grated paneer and give a good mix. Add grated beetroot, 4 tbsp prepared oats powder and masala mix. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool. Once cooled, roll into small tikki and cover in oats powder. Cook on a tava until golden from both the sides and serve.
