1. Boil the noodles and keep it aside.
2. Roast beetroot and red pepper in oven for 25-30 minutes.
3. Cool down to room temperature and grind to make fine puree.
4. Add oregano, finely chopped basil leaves and sauté.
5. Add pureed sauce and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add noodles to it and mix.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh basil.
