Red noodles

Ingredients:

  • 150 gms of noodles of choice (no maida noodles are preferred)
  • Medium size Beetroot 
  • 1 medium size Red bell pepper 
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Few Basil leaves

Method:

1.⁠ ⁠Boil the noodles and keep it aside.

2.⁠ ⁠Roast beetroot and red pepper in oven for 25-30 minutes.

3.⁠ ⁠Cool down to room temperature and grind to make fine puree.

4.⁠ ⁠Add oregano, finely chopped basil leaves and sauté.

5.⁠ ⁠Add pureed sauce and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

6.⁠ ⁠Add noodles to it and mix.

7.⁠ ⁠Garnish with chopped fresh basil.
