Method:
For Mash:
- Boil the sweet potatoes, broccoli, and zucchini until tender.

For Tikki:
- In a bowl, combine the oats, turmeric powder, amchur powder, and chopped onion.
- Mix all the ingredients together until a smooth mixture forms.
- Shape the mixture into round cutlets.
- Roast the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
