Ingredients:

For Mash:

  • 4-5 sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 small zucchini

For Tikki:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder

Method:

For Mash:

  1. Boil the sweet potatoes, broccoli, and zucchini until tender.
  2. Mash the boiled vegetables together in a bowl and serve hot.

For Tikki:

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, turmeric powder, amchur powder, and chopped onion.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until a smooth mixture forms.
  3. Shape the mixture into round cutlets.
  4. Roast the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
