Ingredients:
3 tbsp slurp brown rice powder
1 tbsp almond powder
1/4 cup grated apple
1 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the grated apple along with cinnamon powder and cook for 2-3 minutes. Cool this mixture and blend it into a purée.
- Dry roast the brown rice powder for 2-3 minutes. Add water and stir continuously to avoid lumps and to get a pudding like texture.
- Add the apple purée and almond powder and mix well.
- Cool to room temperature and serve.
