Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp sprouted ragi powder
- 1/4 cup water
- A pinch of almond powder (optional - for garnish)
Method:
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to medium and gradually add the ragi powder, stirring continuously for 3-5 minutes to prevent lumps.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more or less water as needed.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Optional: Garnish with almond powder and serve.
