Sprouted Ragi Pongal

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sprouted ragi powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • A pinch of almond powder (optional - for garnish)

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium and gradually add the ragi powder, stirring continuously for 3-5 minutes to prevent lumps.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more or less water as needed.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  5. Optional: Garnish with almond powder and serve.
