Sprouted Ragi Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sprouted ragi powder
  • 1 tbsp almond powder
  • Water (quantity as needed)

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sprouted ragi powder with water. Use a fork or whisk to mix well and remove any lumps.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
  3. Add almond powder to the porridge.
  4. Serve hot.

Feel free to adjust the water quantity to achieve your preferred consistency.
