- 3 carrots, peeled and halved lengthways
- Water (for boiling)
Instructions
- Prepare Carrots:
- Slice the carrots into half-moon shapes.
- Cook Carrots:
- Boil the carrot slices in a saucepan over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, or until completely tender.
- Puree Carrots:
- Transfer the cooked carrots to a food processor or use a hand blender.
- Add 3–4 tablespoons of the boiling water (from cooking the carrots) to help achieve a smooth consistency.
- Blend until the carrots are completely smooth.
- Serve or Store:
- Use the carrot puree immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
