Carrot Puree

Ingredients:

- 3 carrots, peeled and halved lengthways

- Water (for boiling)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Carrots:
  • Slice the carrots into half-moon shapes.
  1. Cook Carrots:
  • Boil the carrot slices in a saucepan over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, or until completely tender.
  1. Puree Carrots:
  • Transfer the cooked carrots to a food processor or use a hand blender.
  • Add 3–4 tablespoons of the boiling water (from cooking the carrots) to help achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Blend until the carrots are completely smooth.
  1. Serve or Store:
  • Use the carrot puree immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. 

Enjoy your carrot puree as a side dish, or use it in recipes as a healthy addition!
