Ingredients:
- 1 cup peeled and diced mango pieces
- Water (for boiling)
- 3 tbsp ragi powder
Method
Prepare Mango Puree
- Blend the diced mango pieces into a smooth puree using a blender.
Cook Ragi Porridge
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Lower the heat and add the ragi powder to the boiling water.
- Whisk continuously for about 5 minutes to remove any lumps and achieve a porridge consistency.
Combine with Mango Puree
- Stir in the mango puree into the ragi porridge. Mix well.
Adjust Consistency
- Adjust the porridge consistency by adding more or less water as needed.
Cool and Serve
- Allow the porridge to cool to room temperature before serving.
