Ingredients
- 3 tbsp sathu maavu powder
- 3-4 peeled and mashed elaichi bananas
- Grated coconut (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Water (as needed)
Method
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, add the sathu maavu powder.
- Mix in the cardamom powder and grated coconut.
- Add Bananas:
- Mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the mashed bananas to the mixing bowl.
- Make the Batter:
- Gradually add water to the mixture and stir well to form a smooth paste.
- Cook the Paniarams:
- Heat the paniaram pan.
- Add 1 tbsp of the batter into each cavity of the pan.
- Cook until the bottom side is golden brown, then use a spoon to flip the paniarams and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Serve warm.
