Ingredients 3 tbsp sathu maavu powder 3-4 peeled and mashed elaichi bananas Grated coconut (to taste) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Water (as needed) Method Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, add the sathu maavu powder. Mix in the cardamom powder and grated coconut. Add Bananas: Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the mashed bananas to the mixing bowl. Make the Batter: Gradually add water to the mixture and stir well to form a smooth paste. Cook the Paniarams: Heat the paniaram pan. Add 1 tbsp of the batter into each cavity of the pan.
