Slurrp Farm's Millet Noodles1 packet

Chopped Garlic1 tbsp

Finely Chopped Onion1/2 tbsp

Chopped Button Mushroom12-15

Hoisin Sauce1 tbsp

Chilli Flakes(optional)1/2 tbsp

Egg/Tofu/Panner(to taste)

Chilli Garlic Paste½ tbsp

Tomato Paste1 tbsp

Peanut Butter2 tbsp

Blanched Veggies & Peanutesto garnish

Alternative Option to Hoisin Sauce

Soy Sauce2 tbsp

Vinegar½ tbsp

Jaggerya pinch

Sesame Seed Oil2 tbsp


Step 1

Boil the noodles for about 4-5 mins until they’re fully cooked. Rinse in cold water and set aside.

Step 2

In a pan, add some oil, garlic, onion, mushrooms, and saute until the mix is soft and cooked.

Step 3

To this, add hoisin sauce, a pinch of chili flakes (optional), tofu/paneer/egg/cooked meat, chilli garlic paste, and tomato ketchup. Cook till the sauce thickens.

Step 4

Finally, turn off the heat and add the peanut butter and mix.

Step 5

In a bowl, add the noodles, sauce, and blanched veggies of your choice. Garnish with some crushed peanuts and coriander.
