This is a lovely way to add texture to meals.

I made it as an easy base for adding fruits, veggies, chia seeds.

When can I introduce this to my little one?

Once your child is ready to move from mushy to more textured food, they can try this cereal.

How much should I feed my child?

Typically up to three scoops of our cereal can be given per serving.

Can we add fruits or vegetables to this?

Absolutely! You can build your own sweet or savoury version of this porridge to introduce new tastes and textures to your little one!

Should it be cooked in water or milk?

We recommend cooking this cereal in water to begin with. Once you introduce regular milk in your child's diet, you can cook the porridge with any milk of your choice.

How should I store this once opened?

Once opened, transfer the contents to an air-tight container and use within a month or expiry date limit, whichever comes first.

I followed same procedure to prepare cereal but the consistency is not as expected. The oats and water are separate which is difficult for my 7months baby to consume. I am grinding the cereal and then feeding my baby
