What are the pancakes made of?

They are suitable for those who have been introduced to and can digest textured foods such as rotis. For younger toddlers, you can make smaller, softer pancakes without syrup or toppings.

Can the pancakes be cooked without milk?

Yes, the batter can be made easily without milk. You can prepare the batter using just water or substitute milk with almond milk or soy milk.

How many pancakes can be made using one pack?

One pack makes 8–10 medium-sized pancakes, with approximately 15–20 grams of mix per serving.

What all can you make using Pancake mix?

We use very little baking powder in our cakes and pancakes. We recommend introducing these for older children only to make sure your little one’s tummy is absolutely ready to enjoy cakes and pancakes. Rest assured, you have nothing to worry about :)

Yes, absolutely! They are enjoyed by both kids and adults as a healthy, wholesome breakfast or snack.

You can make our dosas with water and a bit of oil/butter.

Are the dosas fermented?

Our dosa mixes are not fermented but are designed to taste close to homemade dosas and provide similar nutrition.

Are these instant dosas?

Yes! You just need to add water or buttermilk, mix, and pour onto a hot tawa. They cook in a few minutes.

How is the Dosa healthy?

Our Dosas are not made with white rice flour but with millets. Millets are high in nutrition as compared to other grains

Can I use the dosa mix to make other recipes?

Yes! Apart from dosas, you can make idlis, uttapams, paniyarams, and wraps using the mix.

Are they preservative-free?

Yes, like all our products, they are free from preservatives, maida, and artificial flavors.

How should I store the pancake and dosa mix?

Keep in a cool, dry place and once opened, transfer to an airtight container. Best consumed within 30 days of opening.

Can Jains consume Dosa?

No, Jains cannot consume dosa as it has dried onion powder & spinach.

Can I make dosa on a nonstick pan or should i use a cast iron tawa?
